Ecological wood is pollution-free, harmless, and recyclable
Release time:2025-03-12
As the name suggests, this is a type of eco-wood product with a relatively square shape, processed in the style of squares and rectangles. Square wood is a type of eco-wood product that retains the look and feel of real wood, while also possessing good moisture resistance, water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, antifungal properties, anti-static properties, pest resistance, and high fire resistance. It is also pollution-free, harmless, and recyclable.
Using traditional aluminum alloy and plastic-steel ceiling installation methods and the same universal keel, generally, workers who know how to install traditional ceilings can install it. In addition, eco-wood can be nailed, sawn, and planed, so it is easier to process and shape than aluminum alloy or plastic-steel ceilings. It is generally used for home ceilings, shops, restaurants, leisure clubs, and large public places. It can create bold and individual three-dimensional curved shapes, especially suitable for spaces and special places that require unique and artistic styling.
No matter how good the quality of the eco-wood exterior wall panels is, fading is usually inevitable. If the eco-wood exterior wall panels are used for a long time and only show slight fading, it indicates that the wall panels are reliable eco-wood; conversely, if serious fading is found in a short period, you may have used the eco-wood interior wall panels outdoors. Otherwise, the reasons for fading are analyzed as follows:
Eco-wood Exterior Wall Panel Cases
1. The quality of the color masterbatch raw materials is too poor. The various colors of eco-wood are used in the production process. A small amount of color masterbatch powder is added to the wood powder and PVC, fully blended, and then fused at high temperatures to create eco-wood products with rich colors and beautiful appearances. Some eco-wood manufacturers add substandard and inexpensive color masterbatch powder to save costs during the addition of color masterbatch powder, resulting in serious fading and lack of luster in the color.
2. The PVC raw material is waste plastic. Some small manufacturers mainly use lower-quality PVC materials or recycled secondary PVC materials for processing to produce low-priced products. As you can imagine, this leads to the thinning or disappearance of the protective layer on the surface of the eco-wood, which is one of the reasons for the rapid fading of some eco-wood products.
3. Qualified color masterbatch powder is used, but UV anti-ultraviolet rays are not added to the auxiliary materials. The color change of eco-wood is due to the oxidation of the color masterbatch powder under strong ultraviolet light irradiation. If too little UV is added during the production of eco-wood, or even not added, to save costs, it is one of the reasons for the rapid fading of eco-wood.
